The Lake

The Lake is a sound journey. You will need to plug in your headphones. You will see a playing card on your screen. You will turn this card once, twice, many times, and every time you turn the card, you will delve deeper and deeper into another world.

It takes ten steps to reach the lake, and after that another ten, another twenty. You arrive in a car, you are walking across an open field and through a forest. You remember the rain, the wind is blowing again and at some point there will be a kite flying high above you.

All you've got is a single playing card and all you can do is turn it. The card will never change and there is no puzzle to solve. Everything repeats itself like a ritual and yet each time it feels different. You remember things and see them in a different light. The Lake is a mirror to your own imagination. The mirror never changes, but you will.

Some people say, you can't make the same journey twice. Give it a try, and take your time.


FOR HEADPHONES

You will need headphones to go on the journey. The sound quality is gorgeous and the realism will put you right at the center of the story. Use amazing headphones.


RUNS ON EVERYTHING

The Lake runs on all iPhones and iPod Touches. We recommend an iPhone 3GS, an iPod Touch 3rd generation (both models were released in 2009) or anything newer for best sound and graphics quality. Older models will run fine but the overall quality is slightly lower due to performance reasons. You will need iOS 3.1.3 or later. High resolution graphics for people with Retina displays.
